FitNest Shipping Policy

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Standard UK delivery is free on FitNest orders.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

UK Warehouse Products

Products dispatched from our UK fulfilment partners typically arrive within approximately 2–8 business days after processing.

Other Products

Some products, including selected accessories, are dispatched through our international fulfilment partners. These orders may take approximately 7–20 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, supplier, courier and destination.

If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Standard UK delivery is free on all FitNest orders.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, busy periods or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple-item orders

If you order more than one product, items may occasionally be dispatched separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional standard shipping because of this.

Incorrect delivery details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us through the FitNest Contact Us page with your order number and we will investigate.
